Following a period of eight years as a Technical Researcher within the Systems Engineering and Construction Management and Engineering Departments at the University of Reading working on an array of highly complex technical projects. In the last few months I have been focusing on the completion of my PhD and also working as a Project Management Consultant/Trainer with an international management and coaching company in which the utilization of my PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation and previous training experience proved extremely beneficial to the role.
I also have extensive experience in working within the software and business sector, with companies such as Microsoft, Dalika, Arup, Thales and FSI solutions responding to client's needs by the implementation of software engineering plans, technical architectures as well implementing project management skills such as setting quality, analysing risk, meeting acceptance criteria, client appraisals & negotiation, setting key performance indicators and reporting to stakeholders (scope, training documentation, schedule, budget).
Striving beyond typical methodologies of project management thinking. We shape programmes and projects by considering your organisational environment tailored to not only deliver successfully but at its optimium potential. |
